There are TWO DIFFERENT files for this item. One of them is for solid fabric and has 3 sections(Waistband, skirt top, and skirt inside). The other option is for printed fabric and has 4 sections to allow you to adjust the inside hem line to accurately represent that the hem is there to best represent your final product.(waistband - skirt top, inside of skirt, inside skirt hem).
